My lord I have not been ruined

I have not been destroyed

You made me grow up in these streets

I breathed smoke my whole life

But never a drag of cigarette.

My lungs are polluted ebony

While I grew up on my weary knees

Begging before you,

My raw flesh offered at your feet, defacated.

Somehow I was the one

Asking for forgiveness.
